In this Design Thinking workshop, my web marketing interns at Cité des Métiers et Compétences d'Agadir worked on a project to enhance the customer experience at a local café. They followed key steps: Empathy (using empathy maps), Definition (formulating problem statements), Ideation (brainstorming and customer journey mapping), Prototyping (creating paper mock-ups and plans), and Testing (receiving feedback). Through this iterative process, they developed concrete solutions, showcasing creativity and collaboration. 👩💻👨💻
